From your ideas, Northern Structures can produce detailed architectural plans to help demonstrate what you hope to build. Following your approval this will lead onto the fabrication drawings using our state of the art computer drafting software. You will see your ideas come to life.

Northern Structures have a team of highly qualified and experienced surveyors that can survey the proposed plot of land for your new building. From this we will be able to advise you on the best layout to achieve your build. We will also measure up your existing buildings to allow us to link on to form an extension.

Most new developments will require planning permission and building regulation approval to be granted by the local authority. Northern Structures can take care of this for you. We have expert knowledge and a vast experience in dealing with planning permissions.

All steelwork is fabricated in our factory in Amble. Our workshop incorporates automatic saws and a brand new fittings line, both with calibrated measuring systems. We have the latest in mechanical handling equipment to allow swift movement of your steelwork through the facility. All our welders are fully certified and the workshop is staffed by a highly trained and motivated team. The workshop also houses an in-line shotblasting plant and paint spraying facilities. Remember we can also have the steelwork galvanised.

We have a number of experienced teams out on site that are able to work quickly, professionally and safely.

Our sheeters are experienced in the fixing of all types of roof and wall cladding, including low pitch and secret fix cladding system.
